Use our data
The 2026 Take-Home Pay Index, the state pages and the job pages are free to reuse under CC BY 4.0. Credit “PayGuess 2026 Take-Home Pay Index” and link to the page you used.
Cite it
Every state page, job page and the index has a Cite this data box with a plain-text citation, an APA citation, an HTML link and an attribution line. Tap Copy and paste. The links in them are the page’s permanent address.
Download it
The full table is a free CSV download. The methods explain where the numbers come from.
Embed it
Open the Embed this on your site box on any state or job page, pick a size and copy the code. There are cards for each state (for example Ohio), each job page (for example registered nurses in Ohio) and a mini calculator. Example code:
<iframe src="https://payguess.com/embed/job/registered-nurse/ohio" title="Registered Nurse take-home pay in Ohio (2026)" width="300" height="250" style="border:0;max-width:100%" loading="lazy" referrerpolicy="no-referrer"></iframe>
Privacy for your readers
The cards load only from payguess.com. They run no outside scripts, set no cookies, use no device storage and send no analytics or usage counts. The mini calculator works out the numbers inside the card and sends what your reader types nowhere. Cards ask search engines not to index them and point to the full page instead. See our privacy notice.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need permission?
No. Credit PayGuess and link back, as CC BY 4.0 requires.
Will the figures change?
We update them when tax rules or BLS wages change. The changelog lists every update.
Can I resize the card?
Yes. Pick small, medium or full width, or set your own width and height on the iframe.
