Accessibility statement
Effective October 16, 2026. We want everyone to be able to work out their pay with PayGuess.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That goal is our own; PayGuess has not had an independent accessibility audit.
What we do
- Controls are standard buttons, links and form fields, so they can be reached and used with a keyboard.
- Calculator fields have labels, and the main result is announced to screen readers when it changes.
- The layout adapts to narrow phone screens and to browser zoom.
- Colors follow your light or dark setting.
- Paystub reading is optional; every value can also be typed in by hand.
Known limits
- Reading text from a paystub photo can miss or misread values; please check each field before you use it.
- Some long tables on the state and index pages are easier to use on a wider screen.
Report a barrier
If something doesn’t work for you, email [email protected] with the page and what happened. We read every message and aim to reply within a few days.
What we count: a few page events (such as page opened, calculation done, week saved or a job-search click) as daily totals, plus Cloudflare’s cookie-free page-view stats. We never store your pay, job, location, or any personal information. Details
