PayGuess terms of use
Effective October 14, 2026. These terms describe use of the free PayGuess public beta. Questions: [email protected].
Purpose and limits
PayGuess is an informational earnings calculator. Results depend on what you enter and the rules selected. Gross pay is before taxes and deductions; annual pace assumes 52 identical weeks. The calculator does not determine overtime eligibility, employment classification, what an employer legally owes, or whether payment has arrived.
Optional tax illustrations
The employee projection applies withholding observed on a reference paycheck and entered deductions. The freelancer federal illustration is a limited 2026 sole-proprietor model with exclusions displayed beside it. Neither is a guaranteed deposit, complete tax return, personalized payroll/tax advice or recommendation for quarterly payments. Verify important decisions against payroll records and qualified advice.
Third-party searches
Indeed links open searches, not verified offers. Pay wording is a search hint, not a guaranteed minimum-pay filter. PayGuess is not endorsed by Indeed and has no paid affiliate agreement. Third-party availability, terms and results may change.
Use and availability
Use the beta lawfully and do not intentionally disrupt it or submit sensitive identifiers. Features may change or be unavailable. Saved records stay on your device and may be lost if browser data is cleared. There is no promise of uninterrupted service or guaranteed accuracy. Nothing in this notice excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
